At Millet Mania, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products being Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Products
Our product range, including millets, Noodles, Pasta, Vermicelli, flours, snacks, and other food items, are perishable goods and fall under the category of non-returnable products for health and hygiene reasons. Once the products are dispatched, they cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product.
- If the wrong product is delivered, differing from what was ordered.
In such cases, please reach out to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos) of the damaged or incorrect product. We will verify the issue and process a refund if applicable.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
